This certificate trains pastoral leaders to strengthen Catholic marriages and families through comprehensive ministry programming.
Students study Catholic theology of marriage, contemporary family challenges, marriage preparation methodologies, marital enrichment approaches, and pastoral responses to family difficulties while developing practical skills for effective ministry implementation.
Graduates coordinate marriage preparation programs, facilitate couple enrichment experiences, provide pastoral support to struggling marriages, develop family catechesis, and create parish cultures that support vocations to marriage and family life consistent with Church teaching.
